Client: Zoocasa

Zoocasa is an online service that fits prospective homeowners with the right real estate agent for their specific search.

For Zoocasa I was contracted to build out the front-end architecture of the online property agent. This included pulling from the back-end Ruby-on-Rails REST architecture, Google Maps and a number of other sources to provide a responsive interface for the clients customers.

Liaising directly with both the design department and systems admin we would create solutions for management needs, constantly improving the site's offerings and improving it's web performance.

Using Google Maps, Javascript and OOP we developed an fluent interface where the customer could filter the dataset, viewing pricing, local facilities and statistics, street-view and a number of past data we held in order to make an informed decision on home buying.

We also built a number of tools to educate the buyer in the process, along with overhaul the salesforce system being used by the mortgage agents to better serve their needs.
